Do I need to authorize my serial number again if installing on another computer, reinstalling, etc.?
UVI Workstation has the message “No valid authorization found” displayed. What does this mean?
I’ve never used iLok and don’t want to buy the USB key. Why do you use iLok, and can I use your libraries without the key?
I’ve downloaded and unzipped the installer file, but when I run the VILabs Installer, the window is blank and missing buttons.
When I try to authorize my serial number to my iLok account, I get the message “Please verify your user id”. What’s going on?
